We need to lay it out plainly placing orders with a small business and then failing to pick them up or canceling at the last moment is completely unacceptable. We are a small business, and we cannot operate under the burden of no-shows or last-minute cancellations. It is uncalled for, it is unfair, and it shows a lack of respect for the hard work we put into every order.
Small businesses like ours thrive on mutual respect and reliability. If we’re going to continue serving you with quality and care, then we need our customers to do their part. We will not tolerate this behavior, and we’re making it clear that our new policies will reflect that.

Most places now make you pay in advance for an order. They gonna pick it up if they already paid for it.
Put a deposit I know it’s not right but …
It's so refreshing to see a wonderful, young teacher being appreciated. We hope this poinsettia delivered to a young teacher at CES adds a little extra warmth and Christmas cheer to her classroom, as she does to each of her students. Thank you to Abbie Gagnard, and all teachers for all you do!
